Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are non-refundable.
Flight Delays: We monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed, your booking remains valid and your driver will wait for you at no extra cost.
No-Show: If the passenger does not arrive within 60 minutes of the flight landing and has not contacted us, the booking will be marked as a 'No-Show' and is non-refundable.
How to Cancel: To cancel or modify your booking, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly via WhatsApp.
