​Flight Delays: We monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed, your booking remains valid and your driver will wait for you at no extra cost.

​No-Show: If the passenger does not arrive within 60 minutes of the flight landing and has not contacted us, the booking will be marked as a 'No-Show' and is non-refundable.

​How to Cancel: To cancel or modify your booking, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly via WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions – Stef&Stam Airport Transfers Offers

Effective Dates: April 1 – June 15, 2026

By booking with Stef&Stam Airport Transfers and participating in our offers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Offers are valid for all travelers booking through Stef&Stam official channels (website, WhatsApp, or direct contact).

The bundle offer (“Book 3 Nights, Get 1 Free + 20% Off Transfer”) is only valid for selected accommodations and routes.

Travelers must book a minimum of 3 consecutive nights to qualify for the free night and transfer discount.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

After booking, Stef&Stam will provide the exclusive promo code to apply the 20% discount on the airport transfer.

The free night is only confirmed after the accommodation booking is finalized.

3. Payments

A small deposit may be required for transfers via PayPal.

The remaining transfer payment can be made directly to the driver (Cash or POS) on the day of service.

Accommodation payments follow the policies of the individual property and may require separate deposit/payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies for transfers and accommodations vary depending on the property and booking terms.

Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer to avoid fees.

Refunds of deposits are subject to Stef&Stam’s discretion and applicable transaction fees.

5. Offer Limitations

Offers are valid only from April 1 to June 15, 2026.

The free night and 20% transfer discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Offers are limited in availability and may end earlier if accommodations or transfers are fully booked.

6. Use of Promo Codes

Promo codes are unique and non-transferable.

Promo codes are only issued after booking confirmation and must be applied before the transfer date.

Codes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.

7. Liability

Stef&Stam Airport Transfers is not responsible for changes in flight schedules, weather conditions, or other external factors affecting transfers.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate contact information, pick-up, and drop-off details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.

Any disputes arising from offers, bookings, or services will be resolved under Albanian jurisdiction.
